Nimplo is a small company in Lisbon. This page says what personal data we hold, why we hold it, for how long and how to make us stop. We hold little, and we use it only to write to people who handle affiliate traffic at online casinos and to answer anyone who writes to us.
Who we are

What we hold
For people who handle affiliate or risk matters at online casinos, we hold a name, a work email address, a job title and an employer. We take these from public sources, such as a company's own website or a public professional profile. The first message we send you says where we found yours.
If you write to us, we also keep your message and our replies.
Why we hold it
We use it to write to you about our service and to answer you. Our legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. We want to offer the service to the people who decide on it, so we keep to work contact details and write to you only about your work. You can object at any time, and we will stop.
How long we keep it
We keep a contact for up to 24 months after our last message, or until you object, whichever comes first. If you ask us to stop, we keep your address on a list of people we must not write to, so that we do not write again.
Who sees it
Only the people who work at Nimplo. Our email and hosting providers handle it on our instructions. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its use or receive a copy in a common format. You can object to our use of it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within one month.
You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, at cnpd.pt. We make no automated decisions about people.
